Development of Blueprint for Sarawak Social Enterprise Ecosystem Players
Social Enterprise is generally defined as a form of business with the objective to bring a positive impact to the society. Aside from adopting an impact-driven approach, digitalization and innovation are key in ensuring the sustainability and efficacy of the business model. However, there are legal, social, and systemic obstacles that hinder the growth of social enterprises in this region. To address these barriers, collaboration from various sectors and entities are required.
Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation is working together with Youth Trust Foundation to create a blueprint that outlines the guide and roadmap towards a supportive ecosystem for Social Entrepreneurship in Sarawak.
